Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders from Riverdale Tennis ("we", "us"). When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Service

We string tennis racquets with the string that you choose. Prices include the string and the labour, unless you choose Bring your own string. Then the price is for labour only.

Your racquet

Check your racquet before you give it to us. Tell us about cracks or damage to the frame or grommets. Stringing can make old damage worse. We are not responsible for damage that was there before we received the racquet.

Strings you supply

If you supply your own string, we are not responsible for the quality of that string.

Collection

Please collect your racquet within 30 days after we tell you that it is ready.

Payment

You pay by credit card when you place your order. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
