We collect your racquet from your door and bring it back strung. One $10 fee per order, for any number of racquets.

Questions

What tension should I choose?

If you are not sure, leave it blank. We use 55 lbs, which suits most racquets. Lower tension gives more power and comfort. Higher tension gives more control.

Which string is right for me?

For comfort or arm pain: Wilson NXT or Head Velocity MLT. All-round: Prince Synthetic Gut. Spin and control: Solinco Hyper-G, Babolat RPM Blast, or Luxilon ALU Power.

Can I bring my own string?

Yes. Choose Bring your own string ($20, labour only). Put a full set (about 12 m) in the bag with your racquet.

Where do you pick up and deliver?

Only to addresses within 1 km of our drop-off point at Pape and Danforth. Checkout checks your address. If you live farther away, drop-off is always free.

How do I pay?

Credit card only, when you book. We do not take cash or e-transfer.
