Refund policy

Before we string your racquet: you can cancel your order for a full refund.

After we string your racquet: we cannot refund the string or the labour, because the string is cut and installed.

If something is wrong with the job: for example, the wrong string, the wrong tension, or a fault in our work, tell us within 7 days. We restring the racquet at no cost.

A string that breaks during normal play is not a fault in the work.

We send refunds to the credit card that you used for the order.
