How long does it take?
Most racquets are ready in 24 hours. We send you a message when your racquet is ready.
What tension should I choose?
If you are not sure, leave the tension blank. We use 55 lbs, which suits most racquets. Lower tension gives more power and comfort. Higher tension gives more control. For polyester strings, many players go 2 to 4 lbs lower than with softer strings.
Which string is right for me?
- Arm or elbow pain, or you want comfort: Wilson NXT 16 or Head Velocity MLT 16.
- All-round, good value: Prince Synthetic Gut Duraflex 16.
- Spin and control for hard hitters: Solinco Hyper-G 16L, Babolat RPM Blast 17, or Luxilon ALU Power 125.
Can I bring my own string?
Yes. Choose Bring your own string ($20, labour only). Put a full set (about 12 m) in the bag with your racquet.
How does drop-off work?
Drop-off is free near Pape and Danforth. At checkout, choose Pick up. Contact us to confirm the handoff details before you bring your racquet. We send you a message when it is ready.
How does pickup and delivery work?
For $10 per order, we collect your racquet from your door and bring it back strung. At checkout, choose delivery and enter your address. This option is only for addresses within 1 km of our drop-off point. If your address is too far, checkout does not show the delivery option.
How do I pay?
Pay securely through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Which racquets do you string?
Tennis racquets. Put a note with your name and order number in the bag or on the racquet.
